Product Description
If you enjoy fruit with a dry, spicy finish, try Yuki No Bosha Junmai Ginjo. Hints of anise show on the nose, while mango and strawberry fill a creamy, layered palate. White-pepper spice marks the finish.
The sake uses Akita Sake Komachi rice and a proprietary yeast developed by Takahashi Toji. Serve it chilled with sashimi, spicy food or salad; desserts are another suggested match.
