Sourced from an undisclosed distillery and mash bill, it was aged 14 years in new American oak. Barrel #9521 yielded 159 bottles at a cask strength of 58.3% ABV, non-chill filtered. It features a rich, confectionary profile with maple candy, jammy cherry pie, and vanilla bean aromas, and a silky, sweet palate with sarsaparilla, stewed fruit, roasted pecan, and marshmallow notes, resembling Willett’s prized long-aged private barrel picks.
