Product Description
Speakeasy Motors Straight Rye is the whiskey company’s flagship spirit. It starts with 100% New York-grown grains and enters charred American oak barrels at a lower proof. Less water is needed after aging, which retains more flavor from the whiskey’s contact with the wood.
The rye is spice-forward, with baking spice, caramel and rounded sweetness. After aging, each batch is slowly brought to bottling proof over several weeks. The barrels are blended in small batches before the whiskey is hand-bottled and labeled. Pour it as a sipping rye or use it behind the bar.
