Product Description
Singani 63 is the brandy that’s been quietly winning over the world’s best bars — a clear, intensely aromatic spirit distilled from Muscat of Alexandria grapes grown high in the Bolivian Andes. It’s the spirit filmmaker Steven Soderbergh fell for on a film set and went on to bring to the United States; the ’63’ is a nod to his birth year.
Distilled in French copper stills, the spirit is then rested in stainless steel for months in an oxidative ripening process that softens it and lets the grape’s natural character shine. The result is a brandy that’s anything but harsh: the nose is fragrant and floral, racy with perfume, lemongrass, and a touch of almond, while the palate offers citrus, delicate sweetness, and a hint of sandalwood. It’s exceptionally smooth and burn-free — easy to see why it converts first-time sippers on the spot.
Enjoy it neat or over ice to appreciate its aromatics, or mix it the Bolivian way. The classic is the Chuflay — Singani topped with ginger ale or Sprite and a squeeze of fresh lime — and it shines in a Singroni, a fragrant riff on the Negroni.
