    Product Description

The grapes for Relax Riesling come from Germany’s Mosel region, where they ripen in slate and mineral soils. They are harvested for taste and ripeness, then cold fermented in stainless steel.

The wine is fermented slightly dry. Apple and peach lead the flavor, with a hint of citrus and natural acidity that keeps the palate crisp. It contains 40 to 44 g/l residual sugar and has 7 to 9 g/l acidity.

Serve it on its own or with grilled seafood, poultry, spicy Asian dishes or fresh salads.
