Product Description
Lost Monarch Cask Strength combines 55% rye whiskey and 45% bourbon, bottled uncut and unfiltered. Its component whiskies range from three to 14 years old. The release ages for at least three years in the temperate climate of Northern California’s coast.
The nose is vibrant and earthy, with a mint chocolate ice cream note. Warm spice and dried apricot follow on the palate before a white pepper finish. Redwood Empire uses water from the nearby Russian River aquifer and grains often sourced in California. This limited release is Lost Monarch in its straight-from-the-barrel, cask-strength form.
