Product Description
Nardini Grappa Bianca is a clear, un-aged grappa known for its clean, crisp taste and a long finish. Produced by Italy’s oldest distillery, it is a leading example of high-quality grappa.
Profile and distillation
- Producer: Nardini has been producing spirits in Bassano del Grappa, Italy, since 1779.
- Ingredients: It is made from the pomace (the grape seeds, skins, and stems) of Cabernet, Merlot, Pinot, and Friulano grapes.
- Process: The spirit is twice-distilled in copper stills and blended with distillates from both traditional and vacuum-sealed methods. The liquid is then rested in stainless steel tanks for 12 months to develop its character before bottling.
- Alcohol content: Nardini Grappa Bianca is bottled at 50% alcohol by volume (ABV), giving it a powerful, robust flavor. A 40% ABV version is also available.
