Los Sundays draws fully mature Blue Weber agave from both highland and lowland denomination areas.
Its traditional blanco formulation uses agave, volcanic deep-well water and naturally occurring proprietary yeast, with nothing added beyond those three ingredients. Fresh agave and bright citrus meet soft white pepper, floral notes and earthier undertones in the profile.
