Lalo Blanco Tequila

It’s the work of Eduardo “Lalo” González — grandson of the legendary Don Julio González — who launched this as his own label in 2020 after growing up inside one of tequila’s great families. Bottled at 40% ABV as an unaged blanco, it pours bright and crystal clear.

Expect cooked agave front and centre, lifted by citrus peel — think lemon and grapefruit — a touch of white pepper and a clean, mineral, wet-stone freshness. The finish is smooth and medium-length, with lingering agave sweetness and a gentle flicker of pepper spice.
