Product Description
Few white wines capture a sunny afternoon quite like Kim Crawford Sauvignon Blanc. Bottled at a moderate 12.5% ABV, it’s a light-bodied, dry pour that stays crisp and refreshing from the first sip to the last – the kind of bottle that disappears a little too quickly on a warm evening.
It comes from Marlborough, at the top of New Zealand’s South Island and the benchmark region for the grape. This is textbook Marlborough in a glass: lifted aromas of passion fruit, melon and grapefruit, threaded with the citrus-zest and crushed-herb character that made the region famous. The palate is zippy and bright, finishing clean and dry.
Serve it well chilled. It’s a natural partner for fresh oysters, grilled shrimp and other light seafood, equally good alongside a crisp summer salad, and more than happy on its own.
