Josh Cellars Prosecco DOC is produced in Veneto, Italy. Pair it with lighter dishes, hard cheeses or freshly shucked oysters.
For an Italian Spritz, fill a glass with ice and add three ounces of Prosecco and two ounces of Aperol. Stir, add a dash of soda water and garnish with an orange slice.
