    Product Description

Joel Gott’s Central Coast Rosé is the pale, dry, Provence-style pink that makes warm-weather drinking effortless. Built around Grenache from California’s cool, coastal Central Coast — rounded out with classic Rhône blending partners that shift a little with each vintage — it pours a delicate salmon-pink and drinks bone-dry and fresh.

Expect aromas of raspberry and freshly cut watermelon with a whisper of rose petal, then a crisp, mineral-edged palate that finishes clean and bright. Serve it properly chilled as an aperitif, or pour it right through dinner with grilled seafood, summer salads or charcuterie. At this price, it’s the rosé to keep a few bottles of in the fridge all season.
