Product Description
INSÓLITO Reposado is made from Weber Azul agave grown on contracted family farms and harvested at peak season. It combines 80% highland and 20% lowland agave. The only other ingredients are water and yeast. It has no added glycerin, food coloring, sugar syrups, synthetic agave or oak extract.
The agave cooks in steam ovens and ferments slowly at high altitude. It is distilled twice in stainless steel alembic pot stills. Their long necks slow the process to about 10 minutes per liter. Six to 10 months in new American oak preserve the sweeter notes of the Blanco and add almond, vanilla and spice. Serve it neat, over ice or in a Paloma.
