Product Description
Highland Park 15 suits drinkers who like some smoke in their whisky without letting it take over. The nose is fresh, floral and spicy. Warm vanilla, honey-glazed pineapple and lemon zest follow on the palate, with toasted cinnamon adding depth before a mellow, gently smoky finish.
The whisky is drawn from first-fill, sherry-seasoned American and European oak casks, with refill casks used to balance the contrasting flavors. It is bottled at 44% ABV.
Fruit and smoke sit side by side here. Pineapple and citrus stay clear, with vanilla, spice and Orkney heathered peat underneath.
