Hall Of Champions Distillery

Hall of Champions is the bourbon line from Cooperstown Distillery — the first distillery in New York’s Otsego County, the upstate town better known as home to the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The name is a tip of the cap to that sporting heritage, and the bottle is as much a collector’s piece as it is a pour.

In the glass it’s classic American bourbon: built on a corn-forward mash bill (roughly 80% corn, 17% rye and 3% malted barley) and bottled at 90 proof (45% ABV). Patient oak maturation gives it a warm, dessert-like character — caramel and butterscotch up front, rounded out by a layer of sweet toffee on the finish.
