Product Description
Greenall’s Original London Dry Gin uses eight botanicals: Tuscan juniper, Moroccan coriander, Spanish lemon, angelica root, almond, liquorice, cassia and orris. Angelica brings woody, earthy flavors. Almond, liquorice, cassia and orris contribute to its warm, spicy finish.
The botanicals are loaded by hand into a copper still with grain-neutral spirit and water, then left to infuse. Distillation is slow, and only the heart of the spirit is kept. For a gin and tonic, fill a glass with ice, add 50ml Greenall’s and 150ml tonic, squeeze in some lime and garnish with two lime wedges.
