    Product Description

Forever Summer by Mirabeau Rosé is designed to capture everything people love about a relaxed, sun-drenched day in Provence and put it in a single bottle. Produced by Maison Mirabeau, a family winery founded by Stephen and Jeany Cronk after they moved from London to the south of France to focus on world-class rosé, this wine reflects a clear, focused vision: fresh, approachable, and seriously well-made pink wine.

The fruit for Forever Summer comes from carefully selected Mediterranean sites in the south of France, where hot, sunny days are balanced by cooler nights. That swing in temperature helps preserve natural acidity while building ripe, expressive flavors in the grapes. In recent vintages the blend has centered on Grenache supported by Syrah, Carignan, and Caladoc, chosen for their bright red-fruit character and ability to deliver color and aroma without heaviness.

In the cellar, the focus is on delicacy and precision. Grapes are harvested at night, gently pressed, and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel to lock in freshness and aromatics. The wine is handled under inert gas and finished dry with very low residual sugar, keeping the profile crisp rather than sweet. Vegan-friendly fining agents are used, aligning the wine with modern dietary preferences without compromising texture or clarity.

In the glass, Forever Summer shows a very pale pink hue. The nose leans into raspberry, wild strawberry, and redcurrant, with subtle notes of citrus and almond depending on the vintage. On the palate, it’s round yet refreshing, layering white cherry, pomegranate, and hints of grapefruit over a spine of lively acidity. The finish is clean and soft, inviting another sip rather than overwhelming the palate.

This profile makes Forever Summer extremely flexible at the table. It pairs easily with grilled shrimp, ceviche, Mediterranean vegetable dishes, sushi, fresh salads, light pastas with herbs, and casual sharing boards with cheeses and charcuterie. With its moderate alcohol level (typically around 12.5% ABV) and dry, fruit-driven style, Forever Summer by Mirabeau Rosé is a smart choice for brunches, backyard gatherings, picnics, and weeknight dinners whenever you want a wine that feels relaxed but still seriously well made.
