Product Description
Faire La Fête is a Crémant de Limoux from the south of France — sparkling wine made by the same traditional bottle-fermented method as Champagne, at a far friendlier price. This Brut Rosé blends Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Pinot Noir into a coral-pink fizz with a fine, persistent bead.
At 12.5% ABV it’s bright and food-friendly: wild strawberry and white cherry up front, a streak of citrus and pink-grapefruit zest, and a soft brioche note on the finish from its time on the lees. Genuinely dry (that’s the “brut”), crisp and very easy to love.
Serve it well chilled as an aperitif, pour it for a celebration without a second thought, or set it alongside light appetizers, charcuterie and fresh seafood.
