Product Description
For a velvety añejo to sip on its own, consider Espolòn’s bourbon-finished expression. Roasted agave and earthy wood balance on the nose, with a touch of butterscotch. Caramel, vanilla, dried fruit and chocolate accompany a medium-to-full body.
The tequila spends ten months in American-oak barrels before at least two months in bourbon barrels. Enjoy it alone or with an ice cube; for an Old Fashioned, pair it with agave syrup and two dashes of bitters. Chocolate or truffles with orange peel are suggested food matches.
