Product Description
For a punchy Sauvignon Blanc with both tropical fruit and herbal detail, try Dashwood. Guava, gooseberry and citrus peel layer over delicate floral and herbaceous notes on the nose. Tropical fruit, zesty lime and minerality fill a crisp, lively palate, followed by an elegant, energetic finish.
The grapes are selected at full ripeness from Marlborough’s Wairau and Awatere valleys. Cool fermentation preserves fresh aromatics and fruit purity.
