Product Description
Fruit, floral aromatics and an earthy, savory palate come together in the silky 2018 Continuum. Red and blue fruit, deep plum and rose oil show on the nose, while a mineral quality and densely packed, fine-grained tannins give the palate further detail.
The wine comes from the estate’s Sage Mountain Vineyard, high on Pritchard Hill above Oakville. Cabernet Sauvignon leads the blend, with a 31% Cabernet Franc share, plus Petit Verdot and Merlot. The 2018 spent 22 months in barrel; its aging also included a single concrete amphora.
Decant before serving to give it time to breathe. Continuum recommends this to open the fragrance and enhance the palate’s suppleness.
