Product Description
Cayéya starts with 100% single-estate Blue Weber agave harvested at six to nine years. It is cooked in a masonry brick oven and produced in small batches.
Agave leads the aroma with plum and apricot. The palate brings lime, pistachio and white pepper before a medium-to-long, gently warm finish.
The hand-crafted bottle uses recycled Mexican Coca-Cola glass; its cork, hang tag and label also come from recycled materials.
