Product Description
The blend is half Merlot, with Teroldego and Marzemino making up equal quarters. Part of the berries ferment whole to preserve fruit aromas.
Chilled unfermented must is later added to raise the sugar content. The wine is sweet, with pronounced cherry and raspberry notes. Serve it chilled.
