Product Description
If floral and tropical-fruit notes are what you want in a toast, consider Cavaliere d’Oro Prosecco. The nose has a pleasantly sweet impression of ripe mango and honey. On the palate, low acidity, a medium body and frothy bubbles accompany a long tropical-fruit finish.
The Veneto blend is led by Glera, with other white grapes making up 15%. A second fermentation in pressurized tanks lasts about 30 days, creating the wine’s characteristic bubbles.
