Product Description
Cavaliere d’Oro Prosecco DOC Brut comes from Veneto and is made with 85% Glera and 15% other white grapes. After soft pressing, the wine ferments with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature. Its bubbles come from a second fermentation in autoclaves at 18°C for about 30 days.
The wine is medium bodied, with frothy bubbles and low acidity. Its floral aroma has ripe mango and honey. The palate has tropical fruit and a long, mouthwatering finish. Prosecco DOC Brut is traditionally a wine for toasting.
