The Bourbon Rabbi is exactly what the name suggests: a kosher Kentucky straight bourbon created by Rabbi Chaim Litvin, a Kentucky-born Chabad rabbi and kosher supervisor who set out to make a serious, certified-kosher whiskey. It’s distilled and aged at Casey Jones Distillery in Hopkinsville, Kentucky — a craft operation named for the legendary Prohibition-era still maker Casey Jones, and still run by his family. The result is a bottle with a genuine story behind it, not just a label.

Bottled at a robust 115 proof (57.5% ABV), this is full-strength bourbon built for people who like some weight in the glass. Expect a rich, warming pour of vanilla and toasted oak, layered with caramel sweetness and a backbone of baking spice.
