Product Description
XTA is Casa D’Aristi’s 35% ABV variation on D’Aristi Xtabentún. It was developed for drinkers who wanted a similar profile with less sugar and a little more alcohol.
The 750 ml bottling combines Yucatán honey and wild green anise with Mexican rum. The honey-anise concentrate takes about 10 days, followed by about 30 days with old barrels.
Honey and anise sit at the center of the flavor, with mint, honeycomb, spice and herbal notes. The Xtabay serve combines XTA with gin, dry vermouth and Angostura bitters.
