Boatyard Double Gin begins with organic wheat spirit macerated for 18 hours with eight botanicals, including sweet gale gathered from the family farm.
Juniper appears at both ends of production, with the spirit passing through it again in the vapor chamber for a more pronounced juniper flavor.
The distillery describes the gin as smooth, with citrus and floral sweetness.

The Best Gin in The World!!! I was lucky enough to Tour the Distillery by the Owner. Beautiful location in Northern Ireland, South of Belfast. Enniskillen, has a rich history (Game of Thrones was filmed there!)! Its unbelievable how gorgeous Ireland is. This Gin doesn't have the heavy Juniper taste. The Bog Wood truly makes a difference, though its not marketed as such. Truly an outstanding Distillery! They also make an Amazing Vodka and Sloe Gin. Highly recommend!!! I wish Purdys sold other Boatyard Products. You will be impressed! Must drink it the way they serve it in house!!!!
