Product Description
Exploring corn whisky? Baby Blue is crafted from 100% roasted blue corn. The nose includes melted butter, kettle corn, vanilla, toffee, cinnamon, nutmeg, coffee and baking chocolate.
The palate is rich with tropical fruit, apricot, brown sugar, sweet tea with lemon and smoked chili; cinnamon and mint appear on the finish.
For a cocktail, shake Baby Blue with lime, orange liqueur and agave nectar over ice until chilled, then strain into an ice-filled rocks glass.
