Product Description
Put Astral Blanco on your shortlist if you like citrus and pepper alongside agave. Clover honey, white pepper and tropical-fruit notes join the citrus and agave on the palate.
A stone tahona crushes juice from the agave fibers, and the crushed fibers go into fermentation. The tequila is then distilled twice in copper-pot stills.
For a Stellar Margarita, shake 1½ oz Astral Blanco with ½ oz each fresh lime juice and agave nectar over ice. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass, top with club soda and garnish with lime.
