Product Description
Apothic Inferno puts rich dark-fruit notes and charred-oak spice aromas into a whiskey-barrel-aged red blend. Choose it for that profile with pizza or barbecue, or give it a different role in a Dash of Fire cocktail.
Combine 2 oz Inferno, ½ oz each rye whiskey and sweet vermouth, a dash of Angostura or orange bitters, and a dash of Amarena cherry juice in a shaker with ice. Stir or shake to chill, strain into a chilled Martini or coupe glass, and garnish with an Amarena cherry.
