It’s juniper-forward and proud of it, with the recipe leaning on a five-fold hit of juniper, then layered with native ingredients you won’t find just anywhere: cacao for a cocoa-rich roundness, Brazil nut, bay laurel and a lick of pink pepper for warm spice, all lifted by bright lemon and tangerine. The result is herbal and zesty up front, rounded and chocolatey through the middle, with a gently bitter, piney finish.
