Sourced from hand-selected 100% Blue Weber agave plants aged between 7 to 9 years in the rich red clay soil of Jalisco’s Highlands, the agave is slow-roasted in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours—a process that enhances its natural sweetness. Following this, it undergoes an 80-hour fermentation using a proprietary yeast blend, resulting in a tequila that is both refined and flavorful.
