Mermaid Gin

Mermaid Pink Gin is the small-batch English gin gin lovers keep chasing — distilled on the Isle of Wight and blushed entirely by real fruit, with not a drop of artificial colouring or added sugar. Fresh Island strawberries are infused into the distillery’s signature Mermaid Gin, giving it a soft pink hue and a berry character that’s bright rather than sticky-sweet.

It’s the strawberries you notice first — ripe and aromatic — followed by fresh citrus, a slow build of juniper and a whisper of sea air from locally foraged rock samphire. The result is a pink gin with genuine backbone: drier and more layered than the candied versions, finishing long and complex.
