Product Description
Olema Côtes de Provence Rosé brings classic Provence character into your glass with a focus on freshness, balance, and drinkability. Sourced from vineyards around the village of Vidauban in the heart of the Côtes de Provence appellation, this wine reflects the region’s sunny days, cool nights, and maritime influence, all of which help preserve natural acidity and lift the wine’s delicate aromatics.
In the glass, it shows a very pale copper-pink hue that signals a dry, elegant style rather than a sweet, fruity rosé. On the nose, you’ll find expressive aromas of fresh strawberries, melon, white peach, and hints of citrus blossom and rose petals. The palate follows through with bright red berry flavors, stone fruit, and a touch of grapefruit and lemon, backed by a gentle saline edge and light minerality that keep the wine feeling crisp and focused from start to finish.
The blend is built around Grenache and Cinsault, supported by Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre, and a small portion of the white grape Rolle. Each variety adds something different. red fruit, floral lift, texture, or freshness, creating a rosé that feels more layered than its easygoing style might suggest. With an alcohol level around 12.5%, it stays refreshing and versatile at the table, working just as well as an aperitif as it does with food.
Olema Côtes de Provence Rosé is a strong choice for customers who want a true Provence rosé experience without overpaying. It’s an ideal “house rosé” for warm-weather drinking, casual gatherings, and by-the-glass programs, but it also has enough finesse to satisfy more serious wine drinkers. Whether you’re pouring it with grilled shrimp, Niçoise salad, sushi, or a simple cheese and charcuterie board, this bottle delivers consistent quality, clean flavors, and a distinctly coastal French personality in every pour.
