Limonio Alloro – Liquore Di Alloro is a distinctive Sicilian liqueur built around a single, surprising star ingredient: laurel, better known as bay leaf. Crafted by Limònio, a family producer founded in 1992 on the western side of the island, this spirit reflects a deep focus on local botanicals and careful, small-scale production. 

The base of Limonio Alloro is the Aurea “Golden” variety of laurel, grown near the distillery and harvested in the early morning when the leaves are coolest and most aromatic.
