Personally curated by co-founder/owner Cathy Franklin, the third release of this Hillrock favorite reprises its three signature Solera Bourbon finishes: Premier Cru Sauternes, Tawny Port, and Pedro Ximénez, all conspiring to create a smooth yet brilliantly complex expression of the Hudson Valley’s storied whiskey terroir. Notes of honey and caramel from the Sauternes cask, red berry and chocolate from the Tawny Port cask, and maple and toffee from the PX highlight this remarkable whiskey.
