The MARIE & FILS ARBOIS SAVAGNIN VIGNES DE SORBIEF is a white wine from the Jura region of France. Made from the Savagnin grape, this “naturé” style (non-oxidative) wine is known for its complex mineral, floral, and fruity notes.
Tasting notes
- Appearance: A clear, brilliant light gold color with hints of green.
- Aromatics: It has a surprising nose that reveals a mix of mineral, floral, and fruit notes. Expect aromas of lemon, white flowers, baked pears, and tropical and white fruits.
- Palate: The unique terroir of the Vignes de Sorbief plot and aging in oak barrels give this wine a powerful and complex palate. It offers a balance of lemony minerality, white flowers, and a long, pleasant finish.
