Product Description
Cavit Pinot Grigio is a benchmark example of modern Italian Pinot Grigio: clean, refreshing, and incredibly easy to enjoy. Made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, it comes from northern Italy, where Trentino and the wider delle Venezie area offer cool nights and plenty of sun, helping the fruit ripen slowly while retaining bright acidity and delicate aromatics.
In the glass, the wine shows a pale straw color. On the nose you’ll find lifted notes of lemon, lime, pear, green apple and subtle white flowers, backed by gentle hints of stone and citrus peel. The palate follows through with the same orchard-fruit core: crisp green apple and pear, touches of citrus, and a quietly floral edge.
