Crafted in small batches by House Spirits Distillery in Portland, Oregon, this gin is rooted in a rye‑based neutral spirit that’s infused with a delicate yet bold medley of botanicals: juniper, cardamom, coriander, French lavender, Indian sarsaparilla, anise seed, and both sweet and bitter orange peel.
