Brennivin

Brennivin is a traditional Icelandic schnapps made from fermented potato mash and flavored with caraway seeds. Known as the “Black Death” due to its high alcohol content, Brennivin has a strong, herbal taste with a hint of sweetness. It is often enjoyed as a shot or mixed in cocktails.
