After graduating from college in 2017, I jumped straight into the marketing agency world. For about four years, I worked as a marketing specialist for various clients and also took on the role of operations manager for the agency. I learned a lot and gained a ton of responsibility, which really helped me develop my business skills. At the same time, I worked part-time at Purdy’s for almost ten years, all through college and my agency days. When I felt ready to focus all my skills on one client, the owners of Purdy’s brought me on as a full-time employee. For the past three years, I’ve helped take Purdy’s to the next level by introducing a new Point of Sale system, creating an online ordering website, and exploring new marketing opportunities, among other things.
